Measure first. Fix one thing. Keep it working.
No twelve-month transformation programme, no workshop about your digital journey. Two weeks to find out what's actually costing you, then one problem solved properly before anyone talks about the next.
We come and look — two weeks, free
We sit with the people who do the work and watch how it actually happens, not how the procedure says it happens. Then we count: how many arrive, how long each takes, how often something goes wrong, and what it costs when it does.
Most of the useful information comes from the person who opens the inbox, and in our experience nobody has ever asked them.
You get: a written report ranking every workflow we looked at, what each is costing you, what we'd fix first, and an honest note on anything we don't think you should automate. Yours to keep.
You decide whether any of it is worth doing
Sometimes the answer is no, or not yet. Sometimes the fix is training, or a setting in software you already pay for. We'll tell you that plainly — it costs us a sale and saves you a year.
If you go ahead: a fixed price for the first workflow, quoted from what we measured, before you commit to anything.
We fix one thing, properly
Four to six weeks. We build it against your real systems and run it alongside your team first, so you can see what it would have done before you rely on it. Anything that matters — money leaving, documents going to a customer — waits for a person to approve it.
Your team gets shown how it works and how to switch it off. That second part matters more than people expect.
You get: the thing working, in writing, with the before-and-after numbers from the review to compare against.
Somebody keeps an eye on it
This technology drifts. Your business changes, a supplier changes their invoice layout, the AI models themselves get updated. Left alone, things quietly stop working properly and nobody notices for months.
You get: a monthly report on what it did, what it cost, and anything that needs attention — plus a conversation about what to fix next, when you're ready. Cancellable.
What we'll need from you.
- About two hours of your team's time across the two weeks. Short conversations, not workshops.
- Permission to watch the real process — including the workarounds, the spreadsheet nobody admits to, and the things people do because the system doesn't work.
- One person who can make a decision at the end of it.
- Read-only access, eventually, to whichever system we're looking at. Not at the start, and never more than we need.
What if you find nothing worth automating?
Then we tell you, you keep the report, and we don't send an invoice. It happens, and it's a perfectly good outcome — you'll have numbers on your own operation that you didn't have before, and you'll be able to answer the AI question with something better than a shrug.
We would rather be the people who told you the truth once than the people who sold you something you resented for three years.
